You may request a refund within 30 days from the date your order is received. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

Refunds apply to products purchased directly through VorateBalancedAwareness. Please have your order number ready when requesting a refund.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for your return request.
  3. Our team will confirm your return and provide return instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address listed in Section 5 below.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
